This article really highlights why it is best to use a Travel Advisor. We can negotiate the normal issues that do pop up from time to time and even the extreme cases such as COVID19 crises. I advocate for my clients and in the case airline cancellations and change in flight times, I scan daily for the airlines that cancel flights. Once an airline cancels the flight, this allows the client to get a full refund instead of a voucher. Many of us were instrumental in getting US citizens back from international travel when things were shutting down.
